- If we cannot get the product to work as shown in our Live demo after you requested support.
- If a product is “not as described” – materially different from the product’s main description and live demo.
- If the product has not been downloaded within 24 hours after purchase.
We cannot offer a refund
- No refunds will be given for digital Products that have been accessed or downloaded.
- If you have changed your mind and simply say that you do not want it anymore.
